Step 2:

Online interview:

Candidates will participate in a quick online interview with some contents:

  • Life orientation.
  • Career and awareness of careers.
Note: Participants need to participate in correct answers interview for the position you apply for.
Step 3:

Receiving and screening records

After the applicant submits the application, the application information. We will gather and select candidates who have information close to the requirements of the vacancies to invite to the live interview. The records are not appropriate, we will save for the position and the later stages.

Step 4:

Interview

Interview This is the first official meeting between the candidate and the Company. Through this interview, the Company has additional information to assess the suitability of the candidate for recruiting work.

Some of the main factors that the Company often considers when interviewing candidates include: Communication ability, ability to work (independent or group), ability to organize work and plan, thinking ability and solve problems, check some information in the file: Learning process, experience, skills … In this interview, candidates can also ask the Company related issues. Depending on each candidate and position, there may be more than one interview. Selected candidates will receive notification within 10 days of the interview.

Step 5:

Contract agreement

Candidates selected through the interview will be scheduled to attend a meeting on labor contracts and related issues, including: type of contract, job, salary, working time. All follow-up is done according to the labor contract and instructions of the direct staff and HR staff.

Step 6:

Complete the file after matriculation

After receiving the notice of admission, the candidate should prepare the following documents and send it to HR personnel to complete the procedures for receiving new employees:

Original resume | Copy of birth certificate or notary | Health certificate with round mark | Proof of photo photo with local confirmation | Copy diploma | Student certificate (if any) | Transcript, copy certificate | 02 photos 03 x 04, 2 photos 04×06.
